I stayed at the Baymont multiple times throughout the summer of 2024 due to a health crisis of a relative. The hotel is very close to Westchester Medical Center. Rosie, the woman at the front desk who checked me in multiple times was unbelievably kind, thoughtful, helpful, and recognized me after the first stay. The Baymont should be thankful she works for them, I know I am. The cleaning staff was very good, the over night man was also very kind. I would get back late every day and needed help with my keyless entry once. The hotel is VERY clean and safe. Thank you again Rosie for your kindness, it meant so much at a very difficult time. My relative transferred care to MSK in NYC and I never got the chance to say THANK YOU in person. I did tell the manager though :)

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. There was a good selection to choose from. The pool was large and warm. In a good location. We were close to restaurants as well as Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow. Easy to find. Liked that you needed a key card to get into hotel from back parking l… Plus

“Nice place to stay”

We stayed just one night to see the Great jack o Lantern Blaze nearby. The hotel is small but it is clean and nicely renovated. Room had a fridge and microwave and was roomy. Bed was comfortably but pillows were way too small. Bathroom is small but updated. Loved the Dove wash products in the ba… Plus

We stayed just one night to see the Great jack o Lantern Blaze nearby. The hotel is small but it is clean and nicely renovated. Room had a fridge and microwave and was roomy. Bed was comfortably but pillows were way too small. Bathroom is small but updated. Loved the Dove wash products in the bathroom and plush towels. Wish they had more than the one hook for 4 people to hang their towels. The pool area is cute but hours are not good - doesn’t open until 2pm, which disappointed my son greatly. Continental breakfast included which is a plus. Overall it was a nice stay and we would definitely stay again.

The hotel without notification placed me in a room different than I booked. I did eventually get it straightened out but it was frustrating. The hotel overall was clean, the bed comfortable, and maid service came daily which is not always the case nowadays. Sound travelled well, and I was woken up multiple times by different noises in the hotel. Not my worst stay at a hotel, but not my best either.
