We stayed last night at the hotel we’ve been searching for a long time as a stop on our way back to Canada. We’ve tried multiple stops around Syracuse with bad experiences and we’re not that picky. This place has wonderful staff - Ron, you are really caring! Better than average breakfast; it included french toast, waffles, eggs, and sausage. Comfortable and attractive room. Wonderful sleep. Good selection of TV channels. Restaurant Tully’s next door you can walk to. Huge shopping mall nearby. Excellent location right off 81

A nice hotel, close to major highways, restaurants and big box shopping. Our room was clean with comfortable beds, plenty of outlets for chargers, reasonable lighting, above-average towels and OK water pressure. Highway noise was a bit of an issue. The breakfast, though, was pathetic. With 30 minutes before breakfast hours ended, there was almost nothing to eat except for a couple of apples, cereal, a handful of commercial baked goods and some yogurt. We were tempted to head to the nearest McDonald’s instead. Props to the friendly and extremely helpful front desk rep, who quickly got us a different room when we discovered the bathroom lighting fixture blinked like a strobe light.

This could descent hotel, but it just seemed a little outdated and not the cleanest. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was small, and the tub had a drain problem. This could descent hotel, but it just seemed a little outdated and not the cleanest. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was small, and the tub had a drain problem. You were ankle deep in water by the time you finished your shower. The other issue was it was supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel but there were obviously people smoking marijuana because the smell was terrible. A plus was that is has a restaurant next door that was really good. We did not eat breakfast there.
