“Good Experience”
Nice, clean rooms and facility. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was better than I expected. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this area. Access to restaurants and shopping nearby. This was a very pleasant stay.

The staff members were friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was top notch. I definitely recommend this place!

“Pleasure trip with husband. Bought a pickup truck while in town.”
Room was extra nice; good pillows not marshmallows like many other hotels. Beautiful combination of colors; love the hardwood floors. Front desk manager was awesome and super friendly; she took extra time to give a tour of lobby. Love the wood decor and design.

“It's was ok”
No water and my room smells like cigarette smoke. I did let the front desk know what was going on. But it was nothing they could do. The manager was not in. I would have loved it if they tried to compensate me or would have offered a free night stay.

“Beware of attempted fraudulent charges by the hotel and check to see if the indoor pool is ope if that is important for”
I traveled to the Dallas area with my grandsons over Christmas break. I chose this hotel for the indoor pool and proximity to attractions we wanted to visit. I traveled to the Dallas area with my grandsons over Christmas break. I chose this hotel for the indoor pool and proximity to attractions we wanted to visit. The pool was closed and when I inquired at the front desk they didn’t know why it was closed or if it would be open during our stay. On the second day, I received a notification that a charge was denied on my Apple Pay account. There were two $1.00 charges which were denied. I asked the front desk clerk and he said he had no idea and that was it. AT NO TIME DID I USE MY APPLE PAY OR A CARD THAT WAS TIED TO IT! I can only assume that someone tried to hack my account for fraudulent charges. On a good note, the room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The lady that was serving, did a great job!
