“Great hotel close to IAH”
I needed a room close to IAH as I was arriving after midnight. They had a 24 H.R. shuttle. Checkin was efficient. Room was clean, quiet everything was good. They had a reasonable breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I require a room by the airport.

“Houston Trip”
The hotel was really nice. The lady that checked us in was nice. The rooms were what you except at a best western. Clean and spacious. The restroom was a little small but manageable. The parking was good when we can in. We also came back late 1am and there was still parking. Security in the parking… Plus

“Don’t count on shuttle service at this hotel.”
We were disappointed with this hotel. They offer a shuttle service that did not deliver, after waiting 50 minutes for the shuttle after landing at the airport we ended up taking a taxi. $25 plus tip. Room was clean but very strong smell of cleaning agent. Comfortable bed.

“Don’t judge by the neighborhood!”
We approached apprehensively; in this very tight space there were three low to midrange hotels and a Waffle House. We were created warmly, checked in quickly, and off to our room.
