“Great location, super staff”
Initially, we had rwo rooms reserved but then expanded at the last minute to four, and they were very accommodating. Initially, we had rwo rooms reserved but then expanded at the last minute to four, and they were very accommodating. When we stumbled in, in stages, around dinner time, they were super gracious and recommended places to eat. The day of checkout, we were attending a funeral and subsequent luncheon, and were running late. I called to ask about late checkout, and when it seemed we would miss that deadline, too, I offered to pay for another night, but they said I would be fine. Considering our situation, this could not have been more helpful. I thought everyone here was wonderful, the rooms were very nice -- with refrigerators -- and the location was just right for us.

“Excellent Value and Location”
spent 6 nights over xmas with family of 4. 1. nice huge rooms (unlike Manhattan hotels) 2. excellent location in the plaza and right on bus stop to Manhattan 3. excellent breakfast in mornings 4. free hot chocolate help yourself whenever you want to 5. spent 6 nights over xmas with family of 4. 1. nice huge rooms (unlike Manhattan hotels) 2. excellent location in the plaza and right on bus stop to Manhattan 3. excellent breakfast in mornings 4. free hot chocolate help yourself whenever you want to 5. Free parking very close by. Some others said it was inconvenient but we never felt that way. 6. Front desk very helpfull and considerate. Was checking out at 4am last night and allowed me to use the USD25.00 parking for free right next to hotel undercover. 7. given breakfast vouchers for some towel inconvenience. ( 3 towels instead of 4) 8. Half price compared to Manhattan hotels over Xmas. I has a car so could drive into Manhattan over xmas day and Sunday where parking is free. Other days took the bus which was no train smash. Good good value for my money i feel!! Will recommend this hotel to anyone who want to go to Manhattan but that have a limited budget!!

“Good hotel. ”
I stayed here on a school trip to New York. We had a coach service and it took really short to get to New York so that was good. It might take longer if you use public transit. Otherwise, pretty decent hotel. The room was quite spacious and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was good too.

“Good value ”
We found the rooms nice and comfy and the staff especially accommodating . I would like to specify them ; NORDELS ALECX MUSTAPHA They were extremely helpful . I do have to say that the food at the hotel is Terrible , sorry that I don’t have a better word . It’s a pity .
