My second time here,the atmosphere is to relax,fun and be looked after with caring humours staff.The management are always at hand with advice and places to visit.The pool divided into 3 sections suits all swimmers non swimmers or if you want to just float around.Please try the restaurant well worth it for evening meals. The lunch time sandwich menu well worth a try .Love the tower rooms with a balcony.For a little extra spoil yourself.

It was a staycation with family - we had booked 5 rooms. The check-in was smooth and the staff was efficient and helpful. We had our rooms in the tower, which means we have to walk across to the beach side on the overhead bridge. We had a good stay. The building was well maintained although the rooms look somewhat dated. The open pool area and buffet breakfast area can get crowded, but the breeze and openness was nice. This hotel is priced competitively and maintains a good standard.

Two years between visits and a lot has changed along the strip. Booked a sea view balcony room in the tower. Fabulous views and room very spacious. Very comfortable beds and great water pressure. However the mosque 200m down the road was very intrusive with calls to prayers especially very early in the morning. (Not your fault). Hotel is looking very dated and in need of some TLC. Recent works done to pool area are nice. Shuttle bus no longer operating daily services to Georgetown and Gurney which was disappointing. Had a massage and it was very nice and reasonably priced. Thoroughly recommend it. All staff very polite and courteous and greeted with smiles. Can I suggest you enforce the holding of pool lounges as every day the same people had the same chairs makes it unfair to other hotel patrons not getting a spot in the shade etc. Today very early morning and lots of lounges already grabbed but no one sitting on them!! In Kota Kinabalu the pool attendant stops this lounge hoarding. We enjoyed our stay nevertheless. Thank you.

Stayed here during the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) period. One of the very very few hotels that are still operating during CMCO. And because of it, most of resort's facilities' are closed. An older hotel, and in some areas in need of a refurbishment. But I thank the reception staff for a giving me a complimentary upgrade to a sea view room, which is very much appreciated. The sea views of the beach wing of the resort is a total must in my opinion. The corridors and lobby are kept very very neat and clean, and I especially love the lemongrass scent that they use as fragrant around the hotel vicinity. In room cleanliness however, is an area that could need further improving. There are stains on the sheets and pillow cases, and the carpets could do with a proper clean as well. Other than that, I could say its a pleasant stay. The staffs were very attentive to your needs, and are very polite as well. I wish I could experience the resort at another time with all the facilities being available, that I'm looking forward to, perhaps in the not very far future.
