“Excellent hotel”
Visited my daughters in Puebla and chose this hotel for location. Great staff, great rooms, great decor, clean. Beautiful hotel. Everything was fantastic. Definitely recommend coming to puebla and staying at this hotel. The beds were comfy.

Can’t beat the location right in the heart of downtown Puebla. Next to all the historic sites. Although it has been operating for close to a century, the newly renovated hotel is a gem. And what a warm and personalised service. Claudia at the front desk was great. The rooftop restaurante Hook was fabulous as well with a great view of the zocalo and cathedral. Jorge and Alfonso took care of us the two nights we went up there to grab a late night drink! Will definitely come back soon. Gracias por todo!

“HOOK BLACK rooftop bar at the ROYALTY HOTEL has it all! Great drinks, music and a view!”
We had a lovely evening enjoying an amazing view of the Puebla Zocalo while sipping tasty drinks and listening to a beautiful live Mariachi performance. 😍👏🏼😘 I’m a gin fan, so Oswaldo brought me a refreshing rosemary, grapefruit, gin cocktail! 😋 Muchas Gracias!

“Be careful about the room and Expedia”
I just spent two nights in the Voco and in a way the hotel has a lot going for it. The hotel is immaculate, with English speaking staff and very comfortable rooms. I just spent two nights in the Voco and in a way the hotel has a lot going for it. The hotel is immaculate, with English speaking staff and very comfortable rooms. The Wifi is great, nice beds, in a perfect location, and a nice looking restaurant. From the hotel point of view, please be aware that we were given a room without an external window. It only faced an internal courtyard and it appears that many other rooms also faced this courtyard, providing no natural light. The sound of people cleaning and talking was very evident. From the Expedia point of view, I suggest booking direct with the hotel. We thought we booked a deluxe room with breakfast and a bottle of wine. What we got was a quite small room with no breakfast and the (half) bottle of wine was not in the room as we had to ask for it. Good luck!
